Creamy Apple Tart
Ingredients
2 Granny Smith apples (medium)
3 tbsp sugar
2 large eggs
1 qt whipping cream
1 tsp vanilla
1 tart shell (frozen or fresh made)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Peel, core and thinly slice apples. Tip: Peeling, coring and slicing of the apples can be done in about 5 minutes using a peeler/corer/slicer that clamps to a table.
3. Fill shell with apple slices. Arrange them nicely so the finished product will look professional.
4. Beat eggs with cream, sugar and vanilla until foamy. Pour mixture over apples and bake for 45 min. or until golden brown. If a knife is inserted into the tart and it comes out clean, it is done.
